Temporary Website Disruption Due to Cybersecurity Incident
Date: June 11, 2025
From: BARE International Global Communications Team
BARE International is currently responding to a cybersecurity incident that impacted several of our corporate websites. Our security team identified unauthorized activity involving a fake Cloudflare verification pop-up, which instructed visitors to run a code that could install malicious software on their device.
As a precaution, we have taken the affected websites offline and are using this temporary portal to maintain safe access to our platforms and provide ongoing updates.
What You Need to Know:
- Do not interact with any Cloudflare verification prompts or pop-ups claiming to check your browser.
- If you ran the code or are unsure, please contact your IT/security team and notify us at [email protected].
- Our operational platforms and client systems remain secure, as they are hosted separately.
- BARE Clients: You can access your Reporting Portal via LiveShopper Sassie by logging in directly at https://www.apollo.bareinternational.com/clients/LoginClient.norm.php
- Evaluators: You can access Apollo/LiveShopper Sassie assignments and Job Board at: https://www.apollo.bareinternational.com/shoppers/LoginShopper.norm.php
Our Response:
- Immediate shutdown of compromised environments
- Ongoing forensic investigation and system audits
- Continued communication with all impacted users
BARE ownership is aware and committed to swiftly and transparently resolving this incident. Thank you for your trust and understanding as we prioritize the safety and privacy of our global community.
